The "48" Insulated Jack's Old South Smoker has two 48 inch by 24 inch cooking racks for a total of 16 sq ft of cooking space.
It's fully insulated and is built with 11 gauge steel. The cook chamber door is operated by two nitrogen filled gas shocks for easy closing and opening.
A steel utility shelf runs the length of the unit for convenience to the Pitmaster. The smoker sits on solid rubber casters for easy mobility.
